Long day comprised of several elements including an on site Watson Glaser test, a timed case study, HR interview, and partner interview, as well as an informal tour of the offices with current trainees.

In-person interview with 2 senior fee-earners (a counsel and senior associate). It was not a structured interview, as most if not all of the interview questions were mostly directed towards former work experience/CV.

It was quite hard - they do not require as much in terms of legal knowledge but the process is quite grilling and long.
