Hong Kong office, HR called me, initially without specifying that it was a phone interview, only for me to realize later that I was already in the midst of an interview. HR immediately started discussing salary, undermining my previous years of work experience, and said can not give an high pay and no increment compared with my last job, which seemed laughable. The company culture can be discerned from HR's behavior, indicating its poor quality.
