Rather unorganised and lacked direction. I felt like my time was not important. Interview hours were in the evening. They could have made it simple. I was chasing the recruiter.

5 Total calls. 1 HR screening. 3 Zoom Calls with CEO, Director of Sales, and Chief of Sales. Last call is a Scenario role play (not a discovery) where you can sell something you are familiar with or Linnworks. Do not go in there trying to just do discovery. You need to be able to show you can propose a solution, deliver a business case with ROI, differentiators and set next steps. I'd recommend going in with something youve sold. Trying to sell Linnworks didnt work for me. They asked why I didn't build a sales deck for this (for a 15 minute role play). So definitely come prepared.

Pre role play pretty standard sales questions. Your sales process etc. Deals you won, deals you lost.

3 rounds of interviews. Recruiter, senior admin, and VP of Operations. Straight forward process. Background info chat with Recruiter, Salesforce experiences and requirements with Senior admin, and lastly going over the business needs with the VP.
