I was contacted by the recruiter, who quickly set up a phone screen. He was really positive and friendly and lead me to believe this would be a decent position for me. After that He set up a two hour, in person interview with myself and 7 different people! The were leads from every department, people I would never directly work for. They all had different personalities and opinions about what a SCRUM Master should do. Some were very judgmental if you did not have the exact background as they did.
