The interview process started out strong and I had a timeline that they wanted to hire right away. After going through the entire process, which was multiple interviews and an assessment, I was ghosted. I followed up multiple times with the different people I interviewed with, to no avail. Two months later, I received an automated email that they hired someone else. It was pretty frustrating to say the least.

I interviewed with 4 different Linux Foundation employees and was asked to take an assessment exam after the 2nd interview. After my final interview, I was told I would hear within the next week. Up until this point communication was great, but then I got ghosted by the employer. I reached out on 2 separate occasions to 2 separate staff members that I interviewed and got no response. After putting so much time and effort into the process to not get a response (even if I did not get the position) I feel was very unprofessional.
