Entrevista
The process was straightforward. Applied online and was reached back within 2 weeks. HR Round (15-20 min phone call) and then a conversation with the Lead Designer (30 min online) at the studio.

How would you balance similar rewards for players with vastly different skill levels?
i.e. A highly skilled player shouldn't get more rewards, instead, the regularity of the rewards must be equal
