They had a manual to study and then an exam. The process was flexible and easy enough to go through. You have to be comfortable with basic computer usage. They then processed the results, and if you pass you may get an offer.

Entrevista
The interview process was long and challenging. An applicant should prepare for a multiple day process that will take focus and attention. An applicant should have good typing, reading, and researching skills to do well in the training and testing for jobs at Lionbridge. This process has given me great pride and confidence in seeking out and researching topics.
There is no real interview. Just pass the test and you are in. The test takes many hours of studying before you get paid. It is worth it if you get in.
