This was the most difficult interview process I’ve ever dealt with in my 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. It was like playing cat and mouse in order to set up a time to speak, that’s if I could get ahold of someone. The questions were easy to answer but that’s when I spoke to them. No one would answer my emails when they would ask my availability to talk. I was told I would get an answer to my application but was never told by the date they stated in an email.
