Entrevista
I had been internally promoted from sales, but the process was professional and transparent. They were expanding quickly so the process was fast and efficient. It was a great example of getting your foot in the door, then from there anything is possible.
After a lengthy interview process including an extensive one hour virtual interview I was ghosted and not contacted again. Some feedback would have been beneficial however not hearing back was unprofessional in the least.

Entrevista
After the resume review, I had a screening in two parts. I spoke with the hiring manager in a standard interview process, and soon after that had a mock sales call with a different employee who did a role-play based on selling one of their upcoming conferences. Both were fairly low-stress and they emphasized that knowing their sales style was not as important as responding reasonably to the role-play.
