A phone interview that took less than 20minutes. You are asked a few general questions about being a business analyst and your skill set. You're also asked about previous experiences, what your likes and dislikes are about being a BA.. etcetera.

I was advised, I would be interviewed, perform a presentation on 'how to make a cup of tea' and finally complete a test. However, when I arrived, I was told if unsuccessful I would not progress onto the second stage.
The interview did not appear structured. They picked random questions from my cv such as the ones below. The job description and salary did not match those mentioned in the interview. The salary was advertised at 35-50K however they said their team were on less, although prior to the interview they knew my current salary was higher.
Taking this into account, the interview was sloppy I felt there was some hidden prejudice. Going forward, I think LL should advise their candidates of this process to ensure we do not waste as much time on a presentation especially if we are going to be asked questions their own managers do not know the answer to!

The interview process was okay, was asked to create a presentation on "making a cup of tea", I am guessing they were trying to understand the analytical skill, gosh such old school approach for some employers. I did it with a twist, was wondering innovation has any value to this company or not. The company looked quite okay from outside, not sure about the culture, it felt the employees were a bit nervous around their managers. Worst part is never has any feedback what they did like or did not like about me, chased recruiters but they are also quite same.

Same usual BA question, stakers management, Agile stories, a little on tech. Had to do a test on spot regarding some system they use to create wireframes most likely
