First interview was a standard interview with 2 recruiters. They emphasized how they need someone who works extra hours (read: work for free), and the nature of the questions made it clear they did not read my CV at all. Second interview was a mess. The hiring manager and the other member of the team were actually texting during the interview, were distracted, clearly did not even read the CV and didn't pay the slightest attention to the answers given. Yet again, they emphasized how important it was to work extra hours. The hiring manager even forgot to ask me whether I had any questions. Overall, an incredibly unprofessional process. I never heard back from them.
