Their interview process is extremely convoluted, disorganized, and misleading. They won't give you a timeline of when they're going to make a decision and they're super passive aggressive in describing to you what exactly they are looking for. Be prepared to not get any answers about what exactly they're looking for and then have them change their mind about the desired qualifications.
