Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Lithic.
Entrevista
The interview process was smooth, well-structured, and moved quickly. Scheduling was efficient, and communication throughout the process was clear.
It started with an initial call with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The next round was a technical interview with the Data Analyst team, which included a live SQL exercise. The SQL portion consisted of four questions and was conducted on a shared screen; it was straightforward.
After that, I met with the Manager of the team and then participated in a panel-style round with team members from Operations, director of the team and finally with the CEO. Most questions across all rounds were scenario-based and focused on real-world situations rather than theoretical concepts.
All interviewers were professional, welcoming, and respectful. Even though I did not receive an offer, I had a positive experience overall and appreciated how organized and thoughtful the interview process was.

Most of the scenarios were about my previous experience and how I handled the situation.

Multiple interviews and a work product presentation to a panel review. Had roughly 5-6 people total interview me between the individual interviews and the work presentation panel. They say don’t spend much time on the panel but most candidates ignore that and do spend a decent amount of time on the presentation.

The interview process is several steps. While I did not make it past the Hiring Manager it would have taken at least seven interviews with up to nine people had I progressed. This was even based on a referral that reached out to me. The feedback was disappointing as to why I was eliminated in the hiring manager process. Constructive criticism would be helpful for candidate growth. I was advised I did not have the experience required yet when the question came up in the interview process I was advised it was easily learned. It seemed to contradict the feedback provided. Truthfulness goes a long way.
