Entrevista
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Lithium Technologies (Bengaluru) in Nov/Dec 2017.
Worst interview process ever. I had a round scheduled and when I reached their office in the morning the entire team had gone for an outing or something and was asked to come later.
For next round again they kept delaying the interview. Then after 2nd round, they said they will get back to me and kept making excuses saying the panel is not there, shutdown etc. After 1 month I kept calling the HR and finally, they came back with the response that we do not want to hire for SDE 1. Illogical response and unnecessary delays.
I think its good that they bailed, probably saved me the trouble of joining them.
BEWARE, anyone who is thinking of even interviewing there.

Applied online, then had a call with HR, she asked basic question about background and availability, she said that they will talk to the "client" about my profile then I never heard back, felt like a ghost job posting to be honest.

Entrevista
First day we have 20 mins(40 apts) online MCQ test and personality question test. Second we have technical and HR interview. Totally 30 around shortlisted for 2nd round. Among us only few attend both technical & HR. But all of us attend HR round.

Entrevista
I first received a Link to an online assessment (Cognitive and Personality) which I cleared. After that, there was a verification assessment of Cognitive part where HR verifies whether it's you who is giving an assessment and also verifies the result. Then, I had a technical video interview with hiring manager. Following that, I had another technical video interview with Lead Software Engineer. I received an email after that saying, they were impressed with me but they hired a local candidate in Austin that was also better fit.

They ask a lot of questions related to previous projects and from skills mentioned in resume.
1) From a list of integers, identify first non-repeating integer in the list
2) Implement a cache that stores key-value pair, also takes time to live in milliseconds and removes the item from cache once the ttl time expires.
