Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Lithium Technologies (San Francisco, CA) em fev. de 2014
Entrevista
Applied through a friend, was contacted by HR and had a few phone screens, and then flew in for a round of on-site interviews. HR doesn't seem to hang on to people very long; my HR contact actually had their last day on my first day. This HR contact didn't seem to try very hard to sell the company, and quite honestly was a relief when I got contact with the VP of Engineering. Friends have had similar lackluster experiences with HR contacts, I would suggest bypassing them for information when possible.

There were a total of 4 rounds: 2 technical, 1 managerial-cum-technical and 1 HR.In the first round, I was given a requirement and asked to write code to achieve the requirement. Later I was asked questions about the code that I had written. In the 2nd round, I was given some scenarios and had to use whiteboard to write pseudo-code. There were some algorithm questions at the end of the round. 3rd round started with managerial discussion with the director of engineering. At the end of the discussion, I was given a fairly complex graph problem to solve. Last round was HR discussion and I got a very broad of company history and its products. The whole interview experience was seamless and fun.

You first have a phone-screen with a recruiter that tries to get a little background information then gauge your salary expectations. You then have a phone screen one of the lead engineers. Then an onsite interview where you meet with several team members one at a time where they ask you a bunch of questions to determine you experience and qualification level.
