I spoke briefly with a former college alumni at a career fair. After telling him about some of my background and showing determination he invited me in for an on-campus interview the next day. The interview process was pretty laid back just asking questions about location, experience, and hobbies. I was only asked one "behavioral" question and it was not as challenging as some others that I had prepared for. Following the interview, I was invited to come visit the Allentown office for another interview.

Straight to the point. Kim is great. She did not expect me to know much as this was my first job out of college. She was really hands on throughout the interview process
