Not a long interview. I was asked about my availability and what location I would like to work at. I also was required to take a simple test for basic math, reading and writing skills.

Was asked about availability and locations I would like to work at?
They have a lot of Job Fairs. The questions were easy and typical. You tour the houses so they can see how you respond to the participants. I was hired on the spot with no direct experience in the field.

Entrevista
Took TABE then I was asked 5 questions told I had the job. I just then had to do the physical and drug test. They gave me the paperwork and told me orientation starts tomorrow. It was the easiest interview process ever. Easier than my first job in high school.

None out of the ordinary. They asked where I went to HS even though I have an A.A.S and CNA. Also they saw I lived in the area and asked where my apartment was located.
