The interview itself was quite simple, the director read questions from a sheet of paper and wrote my responses under each question. At the the end of the interview I was not given an opportunity to ask any questions, I was told that I would hear from them at the end of the week yet I still have not received any notification if I was successful or not and it has been 3 weeks since interview. They called one of my references the day I had the interview but never attempted to call either of my other references.
