They do a great job analyzing not only skill sets but also if you'll vibe with the team. There's a lengthy process including interviewing with HR, then the regional director, then interviewing with numerous team members (BCBAs, Center Managers, etc.), but it's nice because otherwise it's hard to feel out the culture at a company/within a team.
