Applied online then contacted by a recruiter. Recruiter was very nice and tried to be helpful with the interviewing prep. 2 interviews. First was with HR, then group interview with manager and floor staff nurses. Lots of behavior analysis questions. Feels more like a popularity contest than a real interview. Staff nurses appear to have a lot of influence based on whether they like you or not instead of skill set.
