Online video with one of their advisors, asking questions about qualifications and experience. It was very informal and mainly asked me about my teaching experience and business knowledge. There also checked my connection speed.

Entrevista
I filled out their form online, attached my resume, some other documentation, and soon received an email offering an interview. The interview was scheduled in a timely way. The interview took place online.

The interviewer only gave me only a few softball questions about my resume, then asked me if I had any questions for him. That is, he didn't ask me much of anything - no questions about my experience, nothing about my teaching beliefs, no real questions of any substance that would have helped him determine my experience, competence, or suitability.
