Entrevista
Apply online, Carolyn calls for a brief phone interview and then an in person. Carolyn will give you her whole life story and start throwing random commission breakdown equations at you. Then she will explain that you'll be required to pay a $350 fee to be hired and start training. Also, have to pay for licensing school. IF you value your employees, give them the tools, don't ask them for money to work for you. Bad vibes. Also, straight commission.

Entrevista
Interviewed with a manager and the it took about 45 minutes. Answered all the questions I had. Other agents were brought in to give their opinion and feedback. Thought the company has the best to offer of agencies I had talked to and felt they were the most transparent about questions I asked.

Entrevista
Very friendly and professional process. Met with Scott and he was easy going and knowledgeable about the company, the industry and the future of the organization. Seems to be a highly organized company with a plan for growth and a solid reputation in Chicago
