3 stage interview process
1st: 5 minute call from the HR team, qualifying my application. They're looking for someone that can do full time and start ASAP.
2nd: First round interview with the manager. Very informal, more like a chat to get to know you. Lasted about 10 minutes.
3rd: Full day "observation" day shadowing around one of their team leaders in their retail events. A lot of writing and competency questions.
