Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 5 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela LiveRamp (San Francisco, CA) em nov. de 2018
Entrevista
Part 1 was a ~20 minute HireVue interview (no questions were that complex, you can find them all on Glassdoor, just be able to describe roughly what LiveRamp does). Part 2 was a ~35 minute phone screen. Part 3 was an onsite interview at HQ in SF which included 5 conversations and a 30-minute presentation you prepare in advance.
Overall the interview process was enjoyable. I really liked all of the TERMs I talked to during the interview. Preparing a 30-minute presentation (the prompt was to tell a story using data) was a lot of work to add on during the school year, but it was also nice to have something prepared going in. For the onsite 2 of conversations were case questions and the others were more focused on fit. Didn't receive any questions that were crazy technical or outlandish. Interviewers made it feel very conversational which I appreciated.
The one thing that was disappointing was that they provided no feedback after rejecting me. It seems a bit unfair after all the work you put in and after providing feedback on your own interview experience to get none in return. I definitely think they do a lot right in their interview process and I would interview there again but feedback can be immensely helpful in moving forward and something they should consider doing for people who make it to the final round.
