It was a great experience. It was a 3 hr interview with 30 min sessions. There were maybe 3-5 questions per interviewer with 5-10 minutes in the end for questions. The time was distributed well. It felt more like a conversation, rather than an interview.

After initially being rejected by the ATS system, I was contacted a day after being referred for the position through a friend. I was able to schedule the interview through their online system. I spoke with a Recruiter, then was contacted that same day to schedule a 2nd interview with someone on their Talent Acquisition team in New York. After this interview I received a response that same day that they had chosen not to move forward in choosing me for this position. I appreciated the timely response as well as them letting me know rather than simply never hearing from them again, which is something I've come across numerous times in my interviewing experiences. My only critique is their ATS needs work, since I was initially rejected automatically but as soon as my resume was given to someone directly they wanted to interview me (a referral does not guarantee and interview).
