I applied through an employee referral. The whole process took a couple weeks because of the holidays. I was suprised we coud get connected whith HR on Wechat. That was a voice call interview we talked my previous woking experience, my kills of doing automation balabala. After this i had a one and a half hour approximately onsite interview with two supervisors and two QA testers. Finally i got a technical assessment.
