Basic structure, all via phone. It led to a peer interview and then direct manager phone interview. Direct manager did not have basic Salesforce knowledge and was asking questions garnered from Google where they read only partial answers. Unfortunately this individual believed my answers were incorrect due to what they were reading online live during the interview.
