Pretty frustrating. Scheduled a recruiter call and missed the initial phone screen altogether without a notice. I emailed them if they needed to reschedule, and was met with no response. I scheduled another call, only for them to miss the phone call again and texted me 10 minutes after the scheduled time to schedule another call. They finally actually made the call with me, and I've moved on to the next round. They sent me a link to send my availability for the hiring manager interview and after a week, had received no email-invite for a meeting. I sent an email to my recruiter asking if they needed additional availability and still received no response. Overall, pretty frustrating experience with the lack of communication from my recruiter. I do not know if I am still in the running for this position, but at this point, I'm not sure if I even want it.
