The entire process took over a month. There were 3 individual phone screenings within a 3-week time span. They then asked me to do a "team project" to present to the team in person where I would share my ideas for adding "surprise and delight" to each step of the Lively Root experience. From first coming in contact with Lively Root to ordering a plant, receiving one and caring for it afterwards, what are things you would want to do at each touchpoint to make the experience memorable and special for the customer? They said they would make final decisions by the end of the week. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING AFTER THAT. I followed up to see if they had made a decision. Nothing. Not even a "we regret to inform you we have decided to move on with another candidate". Saw this job was filled via LinkedIn, then reposted 4 months later.
