During the online interview process, I was asked to solve a coding question while the camera was on. This added a layer of pressure to the coding challenge. We have good problem-solving skills.

Very negative interview feedback. There were two rounds I went through. Round 1 was a 50+ questions of behavioral, apti, technical; etc. Overall was easy just the thing is very short time. Round 2 was a Technical 1 round and the person interviewing was really great and very polite. He asked me about the fundamental of python, gave me some small questions to solve. He had a great attitude and listened to all my questions very carefully. I had a very good round of around 2 hours and the interviewer was also very happy with my performance. After getting no reply from company regarding my results I mailed them back and in reply I got like my experience didn't matched their requirements as they are expecting someone with 5+ years of experience. My question to the talent acquisition team, if this was the scenario then why did you wasted my time? You could have cleared this out in the initial itself? The company reviews overall are great with great perks but I would surely request the company to reach out the talent acquisition team to make the recruitment more smooth for candidates too.
