Interview Process
First Round (Aptitude and Basics):
The first round was pretty straightforward and actually kind of fun. It tested basic aptitude skills like number and word matching. The challenge here was speed—you had to think on your feet and solve the problems quickly within the given time. It was more about how sharp and quick you are than anything too complicated.
Second Round (Technical):
The technical round was interesting and well-balanced. It had a mix of basic and moderate-level questions about Python and SQL. I was asked to write SQL queries and solve Python problems, covering areas like loops, functions, and data types. SQL questions included simple SELECT statements and basic JOINs, along with a few moderately challenging scenarios. The vibe was cool and more like they wanted to see how I approach problems rather than just testing my knowledge.
Third Round (HR):
The HR round focused on my background, strengths, and the kind of work I’ve done before. There weren’t many technical questions—most of the discussion revolved around my experience and how I could fit into the team. They also shared some insights about the company’s values and culture.
Fourth Round (Managing Director):
Talking to the Managing Director was a unique experience. The discussion was more about my past projects, how I handled them, and their relevance to the role. The MD also gave a detailed overview of the company, its culture, and its long-term vision. It felt more like an engaging conversation than an interview, and it really gave me a sense of the company’s values and goals.
Final Outcome:
Overall, the entire interview process was smooth and enjoyable. All the rounds felt well-organized and professional, and the interviewers were easy to talk to. I was thrilled when I got the offer and didn’t hesitate to accept it!

Entrevista
1. First Round (Aptitude and Basic Skills):
This round focused on aptitude and basic word and number matching.
Time management was critical in this round, as you had to solve the problems quickly and efficiently.
Speed was key, as you were expected to solve problems within a limited timeframe.
2. Second Round (Technical Round):
This round involved coding challenges and technical questions related to SQL and Python.
You were tested on your ability to write SQL queries and handle basic to intermediate-level problems.
Python questions included solving algorithmic problems and demonstrating your understanding of Python concepts and libraries.
3. Third Round (HR Round):
The HR round was more focused on your overall background, skills, and personality.
While there were some technical questions (about 10% of the discussion), the majority of the conversation (90%) was about your previous work experience, strengths, and how well you fit within the company culture.
4. Fourth Round (Managing Director Round):
This round was with the Managing Director, where you were asked about your knowledge of previous projects.
The MD introduced you to the company, discussing its values, culture, and long-term goals.
This round also served as a final check on your fit for the role and the organization.
