I applied on LinkedIn and got a call a couple days later. I spoke to the recruiter for a bit about the position, and then she passed me on to the hiring manager. the hiring manager had me come in for an interview with three other employees. I thought it went well, and it seemed like I was very qualified for the position. They assured me I would hear back soon, regardless of getting the position or not, but after a couple follow ups I haven't heard a word. I just felt like it was poor etiquette to ignore me after I gave my time to come in.
