Waited 4+ weeks from submitting application to hearing from internal recruiter who told me I was still in contention for the applied role, but would I like to have a conversation about another opportunity? I told him yes, gave my availability, and have proceeded to be completely ghosted on both fronts for the past 2 weeks. Incredibly slow and deeply unprofessional - I'd expect this from agencies, not internal recruiters.
