Phone interview, online interview with recruitment agency, online skills test, which was quite difficult. After that, there was an assessment day with Lloyds hiring managers, with individual and group interviews. Hiring managers were friendly and easy to talk to. This was my first interview of this kind, but it wasn't too daunting.
