I applied online. The telephone interview lasted about 20 minuets. She was very friendly and nice. After the lady asked me the questions I was put on hold for a few minutes she then came back and told me I was successful and to attend another interview at an assessment center.
The assessment day last five hours consist of an interview, a group conversation and 2 role plays
exercise.

Typical initial application process; name, address, education...etc (including an attachment of CV and cover letter (optional). Then waited about a week to hear back about telephone interview. Pick a specific time you want them to call you. Phone telephone lasted about 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Very standard technical and competency based questions

Very short interview process. I applied online and had a phone call the next day inviting me in for an interview. The interview only took around 30 minutes and was fairly easy
