3 stage process of, telephone interview, intensive 3 hour testing (including psychometric test, coding test), 1 hour interview with head of insights. It was a very formative process and was handled very well, as I had different people interviewing me, offering different perspectives and different insights.

One of the worst interview experience. H2H consultancy approach you with false promise. They tell you 10+ opening and it is invite only physical interview with less candidates. When you go there you see 110 candidates waiting and only 5 panels. L1 goes like panel jumping from candidate to candidate. They judge you with 2-3 questions and done for the day. Same with L2. They don't respect your time. They will say interview is at 10:30 but it will happen somewhere at 4pm that too 15 mins.

Not too bad some technical questions but overall was fairly simple in terms of asking why you want to work there and that's about it. Also important to have done extracurricular activities.
