Numerical, phone, assesment centre then face to face. Was really simply laid out and provided alot of information on what will be asked. People assesing you were very helpful powerlifting. Have tried to cater for this via NC account but funding for new barbells and training equipment will be needed

3 interviews in total. First interview was mainly digging into my motivations for applying and talking through CV. Next interview was competency based, focussed on alignment to their values. Then a final interview with a hiring manager.

Usual competency based type of interview that you'd expect to see in this type of role. Nothing surprising. No phone interview first just straight up interview with 2 people. Was very welcoming and friendly too
