You are first screened by their internal recruiter with generic questions. Second interview was with a manager via Skype. 3rd interview was also via Skype. After you pass the phone interviews, you are called in for an in-person/skype interview. I went through 6 interviews to find out a week later, they went with someone that, "fit the role" better.
