I received a phone call asking questions about having previous sales skills and computer skills. Then an interview was scheduled where I came in and was asked more questions about my work history, motivation, and had the opportunity to ask any questions about the company. I liked the fact that I didn't have to bring in my resume, because Local Splash is an Eco friendly company that prefers to not use paper if not needed.
