The interview process was very easy. Anyone can get hired there. They pretty much hire anyone who shows up. Everyone gets interviewed at the same time in one big group. They have the person who will provide you with ongoing training show up and give you a quick presentation. If you let them know that you are really money motivated and coachable, they will get you to the best manager and team. They don't really screen anyone. They don't do background checks. They don't really care who you are. They just want to see if you can understand basic instructions and will hire you on the spot. You'd have to do something totally bizarre or inappropriate to not get the job.
