Interview consists from 5 steps: first one is: TA - very common Hiring manager (Director of Engineering) - was very cool, and i enjoyed conversations Tech assessment - I have to do system design as a home work (explain some architectural challenge from my work experience) and present at the interview PM - smooth, you can get insight of what are company ambitious, CTO - that was hard, as got few questions that I was not prepared for.
