This was for the initial phone screening interview. Took roughly 10 minutes and had a nice conversation with the recruiter. Upon concluding his questions, he informed me he would be moving my resume along to the next phase and instruct the hiring manager to call me.

STAR interview that took 30 minutes. The interview was on a video conference with a department head and a subject matter expert. They want to see progress through a difficult working situation and how you overcame that situation.

Entrevista
Email communication from recruiter to schedule a phone call. There were two phone interviews only, no face-to-face interviews. The first phone interview was with the recruiter. The second interview was a panel interview with the team lead and the hiring manager. I received an offer the next day. They wanted someone that had passion and drive to improve the environment.
