I interviewed with a manager in one department and it was a great interview. Enjoyed talking with him. He eventually recommended me to another group where I interviewed with the hiring manager as well as one of the staff engineers that work there. Basic behavior questions. I got hired a week later.

Lunch in the cafeteria with current employees, tour of the facility with supervisor, roundtable interview with 4-5 engineers. Mostly technical discussions with some light 'get to know you' questions at the beginning.

Face to Face interview for 1 hour with supervisor and his manager and a coworker. I had worked at this location before so I knew all of the processes and mainframe software so it was a very easy interview.
