It was a normal over-the-phone interview. Understand the STAR interview technique for the process. The interview was about an hour long and it consisted of three STAR questions, nothing related to my resume.

Describe a difficult employee that you worked with and how you handle the situation.
The interview process was arranged through the company’s online scheduling website, and the interview itself was conducted virtually. Overall, the process was straightforward, convenient, and easy to manage from start to finish.

After applying for the position, a recruiter contacted me to answer some some initial HR questions. Afterwards I was selected for an interview with the Manager and Lead engineer. The interview was done virtually.

4 person on line interview. They used 4 stock interviewing questions. Smart people on the call. Very controlled process. A bit stressful. I would do it again. Best of luck with them.
