STAR method questions by Hiring manager Senior Manager and HR. Each one asked 2 questions related to various leadership principles, some were situational, all seeking a STAR answer when you demonstrate a past situation that relates to the topic.

Very informal. Took over 2 months. A lot of ghosting then randomly restarting the conversation. I would request status updates and there was no response. I had interviews delayed multiple times.

After email exchange with recruiter and a phone screening had one round of interviews with a panel. Several members of the panel seemed disengaged, though the hiring manager was great.
