Went very well, and interviewed with two managers. It wasn’t too difficult, and it was a friendly environment. The managers were easy going and simply wanted to know about previous experience.

Was emailed a date for the interview rather than being asked to provide availability. There was the option to change it, but it didn't seem like a good idea. The interview was a panel of 3 people where the job and company were first described, I was asked to highlight the portions of my resume that were related to the position I was applying for, then it was a round-robin of STAR format behavior questions. After that was an opportunity to ask questions. I was told at the interview I would hear within 2 weeks, but got an offer emailed to me from HR the next day. The negotiation and background check process then took about 3 weeks. The only downside of this hiring process was the HR reps lack of availability. She never answered when I called and responded to emails well after hours and on weekends. It was a bit frustrating when you are excited and want immediate answers.
