It was a very relaxed interview and my manager was very friendly. The questions were mostly related to past team experiences. At the end I was given a lot of time to ask about the project as well.

Q: Tell me about a past team experience that didn't go well.
Resume screening is a large obstacle, they heavily consider whether you go to events/workshops/webinars and your resume needs to be very polished. One interview after this, which lasts around an hour.

Entrevista
The interview was very easy, there were no technical questions. It mainly consisted of the interviewer asking about my past experience and projects. However, he seemed disinterested and out of it from the start.

Behavioral - overall really easy if you can get an interview. No technical questions what so ever. I recommend just using the Star method and knowing ur resume. Knowing about the company never hurts, they look for people wanting to work in defense
