One interview with the hiring manager after a phone screen. General Star behavioral questions and resume questions. The manager was nice and explained the role well. Just make sure you can explain your resume properly.

Straightforward, focus on STAR method, tie that back to your resume. They use Full Spectrum Leadership principles that LM has set, so look into that as well. Make sure to have good examples that show both technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.

There were 2 interviewers, one manager, and a Systems Engineer Lead. There were 4 STAR Method questions. Within each question, they would get into some technical questions and go over the resume as well

Well organized and thoughtful interview. I prepared using the provided interview guide but should have spent more time preparing answers for how my former experience aligned with the job posting. Managers were not overly friendly, however, I could tell the team was not the correct fit for my personality.
