Very Unbiased interview process, they look at experience and personality over the school you went too. Most of the questions were based off past experiences in previous internships. But experiences could vary based on having past internships.

I was offered an interview and proceeded to schedule it with an assistant only for all positions to be filled before my interview and my interview was cancelled, very unprofessional.
