The interview process was fairly well. There was different session explaining the leadership program, got the chance to network with different employees within the company, and learned more about Lockheed Martin. There were three different interviewers setup in different rooms, then i just rotated to the next one after one of them were done. The questions they were asking were behavioral type questions, just like any other interviews are.
